In Vivetra: Going-home instructions
When your pet comes home, the team writes instructions for looking after them. Once they've shared them with you, they're kept in the portal so you can read or print them whenever you need.
Read or print your instructions
- Select Going-home instructions in the menu.
- To keep a paper copy, select Print these.
Each card shows which pet it's for, the visit it came from, the day it was shared with you and who wrote it. Instructions for all your pets are on the one page.
If a card says This summary was shared with you with no notes added., call the hospital if you were expecting instructions.
Going-home summaries also appear in your medical records and test results.
