Farm call history lists every time the practice has been out to your horses, most recent first, with the notes the vet left for you.
See your farm call history
- Select Farm call history in the portal menu.
- To see one horse only, select its name in the row that starts with All horses at the top. Select All horses to go back to every horse.
The horse names only appear if you have more than one horse.
Reading a visit
Each card is one trip out. It shows the date, where the vet came to, and which vet it was. If the vet saw more than one of your horses on the same trip, they're listed together under that card, with a pill such as 2 of your horses. That's one call-out, not several. A visit that wasn't part of a farm call is marked Not a farm call.
Under each horse is the write-up the vet left for you. If there isn't one, the page says so and suggests calling the practice if you have a question about that day.
If you have a long history, the page shows the most recent stretch and says so. The full printable record is under Medical records (see Print your horses' health record).
