Request a farm call
In Vivetra: Request a farm call
Ask the practice to come out to your horses from Request a farm call. You tell them which horses, what for, where and roughly when; they call you to confirm a day, usually within one working day.
Send a request
- Select Request a farm call in the portal menu. The Ask us to come out form opens.
- Under Which horses?, tick every horse to be seen on the same visit. It's one trip, so one request covers them all.
- Choose What's the visit for?, for example Vaccinations or Coggins or travel papers. You can add a short line in Anything we should know before we set off?.
- Under Where will the horse be?, choose your Yard. If the horse will be somewhere else that week, choose Somewhere else — I'll type it in and fill in Place name and Address.
- Pick a Preferred date. You can add a Second choice (optional) and a Time of day.
- Choose How soon?.
- Select Send this request.

The hint under Preferred date gives the earliest date you can ask for. Your practice sets how much notice it needs and how far ahead you can book.
If your practice lets you, Anyone in particular? lets you pick a Preferred vet. It's a preference, not a booking: if another vet is in your area that day, the practice may send them and will tell you when they call. Use Anything else? for any other note.
