Review changes made offline
Some screens keep working when the internet drops. What you save is queued on your device and sent once you're back online. Usually that just happens. When a change can't be sent by itself, it waits for you on Offline Sync — Review Needed. A red offline pill in the menu takes you there.
Everything on this page is queued on this device, under your own login. A colleague can't see or resolve it from their computer.
Review what's waiting
Select the red offline pill to open Offline Sync — Review Needed. Then:
- Select Refresh to check the queue again.
Next to Refresh, a line says how many changes need your decision. Each one is listed below it in Offline Sync — Review Needed. If there's nothing, you'll see Nothing needs review right now.
Decide what happens to each change
There are two kinds of item:

| Sync conflict | Someone changed the same record on the server while you were offline. A table shows Your version (queued) beside Server version (current), field by field. | Keep my version (overwrite server) sends yours and replaces theirs. Discard my changes keeps theirs and drops yours. |
| … failed to sync. | The server turned the change down, with the reason shown. | Retry sends it again. Discard drops it. |
After Retry, select Refresh to see whether it went through.
