Add or remove modules

Modules & billing is where a practice owner adds or removes clinical modules, such as Boarding or Equine, and sees what that does to the monthly price. Only practice owners can open it.

Open Modules & billing

1. Select My Account at the bottom of the menu.
2. Select Manage modules & billing.

You can also get there from the workspace picker after you sign in, with Manage modules →.

Change your modules

Current plan shows how many modules you have and your Current monthly total:. Open Price schedule to see the price for each number of modules; the price depends only on how many you have.

1. Under Modules, tick a module to add it, or untick an Installed one to remove it. Projected monthly total: updates as you go.
2. Select Request module change.

You can change several at once. They're applied one at a time, and the page shows Status and Progress as each finishes. If it stops moving, select Apply next change.

You must keep at least one module, and you can have at most six.

If it isn't available

Some practices see Not available on this deployment yet. That's normal for practices set up before this screen existed. Contact Vivetra support and they'll change your modules for you.
